Multifamily Mixed-Use Planned Development, Collin County, TX.

American Midrise Partners and Waypoint Land and Capital have acquired and entered into a partnership agreement to fully develop and build the remaining 16.5 acres of freeway frontage, phase I of a larger 87 acre+ master-planned development in Collin county, Texas.  The development will anchor an even larger $1.2B, planned development incorporating a golf-based community incorporating a medical mixed-use PD, restaurants, shopping, and service-oriented retail.  This 16.5 acre project features a luxury 326-unit, 4-story multifamily mixed-use community, over 50,000 square feet of separate retail space, and a 112 room hotel with conference center to service growth near the US I-75 expansion corridor.  The estimated $92M construction project includes major infrastructure requirements and over 400,000 Square Feet of total lease space.

Additional agreements include an executed 380 agreement with preferred zoning, special TXDOT access agreements, road and utility agreement, and additional soils grant totaling over $12M in construction and development cost abatement. For information, email info@ampbuilds.com.

Apartments Bishop Arts District, Dallas, TX

Amp Construction Partners, along with with a local investment group, have developed and built a new 4-story, hybrid multifamily complex within walking distance to over 60 restaurants, bars, coffee shops and art galleries.   This award winning community is a most unique mixed use project including ground floor office space, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom, modular apartment homes that incorporate locking grid systems designed to provide residents a much higher level of space  customization within each unit.  The contemporary design also includes eco-friendly features such as solar-power, large capacity storage, and electric vehicle charging stations.

7th Street Living

Amp Construction has completed pre-development phase and has been given the green light by the City of Fort Worth to begin construction of a three-story, luxury mixed-use, project within the West 7th Street District.   This project has been designed to compliment other completed projects and will add the element of structured parking to the mix.  The facilities will be built utilizing podium-style construction to accommodate the secure parking component along with elevator, rooftop access providing tenants views of both the downtown skyline and quick walking access to neighborhood grocery, shopping, parks, restaurants, entertainment and the Trinity biking and walking trails.

Borum Law Building

Amp Construction Partners has entered into an agreement with the Borum Law Firm to provide development support and construction of their new 5-story, mixed-use office building. The concept will overlook Interstate 30 along the western corridor into downtown Fort Worth. The structure will be built to accommodate daily business of the firm along with additional spaces for office and retail leasing. Amenities will include incredible views, covered parking, common conference areas, state of the art infrastructure for I.T., and a rooftop patio garden for meetings and entertainment.
